If you have hosting with another company you may have to give notice or send them a cancellation letter which does not affect your transfer to us as you will receive a further 30 days free on any of our paid plans so that it doesn't cost you any extra money for the month. You will probably also be required to settle all outstanding accounts with your current hosting provider.

 

Please be advised that NO hosting company can stop you from transferring your domain or changing hosting providers, they cannot hold your domain hostage or you to rand some in anyway.
